Why can't I use certain AI models?
Some models require a brief sign-in through the AI provider. This is safe and expected. Check the notice that appears when connecting.
How do I delete my account?
Email contact@vulcan-ai.co.uk with your account email and we'll delete your data within 30 days.
I found a bug — how do I report it?
Email contact@vulcan-ai.co.uk with a description of the issue and any screenshots. We aim to respond within 48 hours.
Can I use Vulcan AI commercially?
Yes, subject to our Terms of Service. The AI model providers' own terms of service also apply.
